Review on 🚘 10.1 inch Touch Screen Android 10.0 Car Radio for Honda Accord 2003-2007 with IPS DSP, Car-Play, GPS, and Multimedia Navigation by Angel Scully

I ordered this after buying an identical unit with slightly slower specs and a different brand - I was hoping I would have better luck with this clone version than the first, but it didn't t. It was like this. The device looks and sounds great, has a responsive and bright screen, and is very easy to install (although there are no installation instructions in the box - get the properly shaped cables and you're good to go. If you don't have a single zone , then you need to get the molds and use the included Y adapter). I want to love it so much, but it has so many significant issues that the end-user has to overcome either through trial and error, hardware mods, or random postings on the Android forums that it just wasn't worth it in the end. I have already submitted an attempt to get it working as advertised. In short: - Advertised as Android 10 but a few versions older - The HVAC controls do something when pressed, but there is no display on screen or otherwise. You can feel it to make it work, but you can't fine-tune your temperature. Internet sleuths have successfully fixed this by swapping two wires on one of the included harness adapters, but this isn't necessary on a consumer product. - After installation, the native digital display above the head unit no longer works and the temperature display in the instrument cluster goes out. - The code is required to enter the "Factory" settings that allow you to make changes to fix potential issues and is not provided by the seller/manufacturer. (It's 8863 by the way). - While some Android settings are available, many of the settings present in all other Android devices I've used before are missing or otherwise hidden so deep under the device's UI that they're practically non-existent. This unit is too buggy to be a good alternative to the original main unit, which I settled on after spending several hours troubleshooting.
