I really like that this software is so easy to use! It's very user friendly in every way possible - it even integrates well into my current CRM (Salesforce). And unlike some other similar applications out there which seem overly complicated or cumbersome at first glance, everything about BGT seems super intuitive once you get used to how things work. All we need now is better support from our Sales team when handling account setups/changes & onboarding new clients! But aside from that, all functions appear to be working just fine as far as functionality goes. Would definitely recommend checking out this tool if your looking for an online bug tracker solution without having to go through extra steps than necessary. Easy integration within existing systems such as sales force, accounting system etc., ease of using features such as search capabilities by tags, creating custom fields.
