It's easy, intuitive interface allows quick set up of process as well as customizing it afterwards if needed-it also has an online support team which is great! I have had some issues with setup but their staff was very patient in walking me through them when they happened - otherwise we would be stuck without this software or our business being disrupted because there were no other options at hand (we are a medical device manufacturer).

This product saved us time from repetitive tasks so more manpower could focus on higher value workflows such as research & development.
