Review on International Model Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 10.4", 64GB WiFi Tablet with S Pen - SM-P610 in Angora Blue by Lang Lang Buana ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The right product for me, the price suited me.

In May, I took two SM-T510s to the children, cursed while rutting, but in 4 days I did everything as I wanted and was very pleased. I thought it would be the same, but no. I would have known - I would have taken a laptop or another SM-T510 or just drunk it. Use a dirty tablet - I will not, and it will fall until there is a way to install TWRP and get root through magisk. It is extremely strange that Samsung leaves the opportunity to unlock the bootloader with regular means, but does not allow anything to be done with the device after unlocking it. I would like more openness in this matter, not everyone needs a guarantee for software and software in general, many people buy because of high-quality hardware and affordable components (the child on the SM-J120F phone changed 6-7 displays - they are sold in many places). I hope in future versions of the firmware it will be possible to fix the problem with charging on cables other than the native one and that the problem with rooting will be solved at least before the new year.

Pros
  • 1. Excellent iron quality 2. Design: both outwardly pleasing and in the hands, with native cover 3. Stereo speakers top and bottom - those are optimal for watching videos 4. Stylus - much more convenient than fiddling with your finger.
Cons
  • 1. It is not collapsible. The display is glued to the case. SM-T580, SM-T510 - they have a display on a frame that can be removed, they do not need to be peeled off for parsing. I didn’t have to disassemble those tablets either, but I would like to be able to change the display myself. They wrote that on the SM-T580, over time, the display cable loses contact and needs to be cleaned and reconnected - thanks to the collapsible design, this is not a problem. 2. The tablet does not charge with a cable with a magnetic attachment. Those he does not see the charge at all. At the same time, it is clear that the processor and display still take consumption from the wire, it does not include battery charging. The SM-T510 charges without problems from this, like other USB type C consumers at home. And with power banks it also works somehow not unambiguously, to put it mildly. (The Chinese call the magnetic cable eloh, mantis or no name, oval connector, two rows of 5 pins on the plug and one row of contacts on the cable connector) 3. Not being able to get Root. Samsung in its insanity has screwed everything up and now there is no way to do everything I want with my tablet. But I want to get full access and delete what I don’t need, and make backups using rsync via ssh to myself and not to my uncle in the cloud. On the SM-T580 and SM-T510, this was done, although I had to tinker with killing the stupid Knox. 4. 350 pre-installed applications (including system ones), which consume 2.4 GB after the start - those are slightly more than half of all memory. The SM-T580 and SM-T510 had 250 each and also consumed a little more than half - 1.4 GB. Apparently, the Samsung has such a joke - to fill more than half of the memory with its trash, which can neither be deleted nor disabled. 5. Children's mode, like other functions, is hidden somewhere in the depths: you can see it in applications, but I didn’t find it on the menus on the go.

Bought for my 11 year old daughter. Satisfied. In general, a good entry-level device.
