Might as well buy a t-shirt!
The neck measurement is correct (17 1/2) but the overall length of the shirt is short and doesn't fit into the pants. The sleeves are so short that armpit hair sticks out when you raise your arms. The bottom seam of the sleeves is about 2 1/2 inches long while my other shirts are about 6 inches long. I would send it back but I always wash my clothes before wearing them.
