I bought 2 of these devices to download and upload data over 1GB fiber internet. It's amazing the difference between a fiber optic radio link and a wired fiber optic link. Our fiber optic WiFi is faster than I need for most things, but connecting some of our devices to a fiber hub with these cables has made a world of difference. I ran speed tests on these cables and got pretty darn close to the full 1GB upload/download speed for fiber that connects directly to our house.
