The screen that came with my printer only lasted 60 hours, which is CRAP compared to the 2,000 hour rating. Half of it went out and would no longer print properly.I ordered a replacement screen off of Ebay and it arrived damaged. It was loose in the packing box, looked like the LCD was taped to the inside of the packing at some point. The box was not taped closed or secured in any way.In a few spots of the screen there are flaws inside of the LCD, between the layers. You cannot feel them with your finger or wipe them off.I am not sure if this was a retuned item, got damaged in shipping, or just bad quality control. It's going back and I will order another.hopefully with better results this time!
