I love these 2.6 gallon compost bags. When I chop my veggies I put the scraps in and when I take them to our compost heap I can toss them in a bag and all. I no longer have to shake leftovers out of plastic bags like I used to. I also use bags for breading and marinating meat and vegetables. We love fried zucchini and I put the flour and cornmeal mixture in a bag and then toss the zucchini in it until well coated. Since the mix is good for my compost heap, I can throw the whole bag back in; I wish they had designed these bags many years ago. I'm very excited about them and I think you are too. I highly recommend them!
