Great fleece sweater!
definitely accept chest measurement! I ordered size 3XL for my friend's Weimaraner and it fits perfectly! The back is long, but not much. She loves this sweater/jacket! To put it on, it has those plastic clips around the neck and two velcro straps that rotate on the sides. Very easy to put on.
