We bought this camera for our big vacation in Mexico this year, it arrived very quickly which was a relief but the battery didn't charge so we had to buy another one because it didn't ship beforehand was how we left. I know we cut down on this when ordering the camera, but you would think all the parts would work. The photos turned out great and the quality seems great. However, upon arrival in Mexico, we also found that the camera itself was not charged. We charged it the night before we left and all looked fine, but after a 6 hour flight (during which we didn't take any photos) it was dead when we got to the resort. The next day the same thing happened, it charged for hours but it had a full battery but when we took it on the tour it was dead when we got on the boat. Needless to say we were very upset so my frustrated husband fiddled with the camera a bit to find that it was indeed just a weak battery again. Once he somehow got it back in place, the camera was fine. Again she takes good photos and we were able to snorkel with her and also just take normal photos but it was a bit of a hassle.
