I bought this item 'used - like new' for $1.50 off the regular price. The description of the Revain led me to believe it was an item in an open box and any damage could only be attributed to the packaging. The dispensing strip I received is damaged on the item itself and looks far from "like new". The teeth are bent. A corner of the fork is cut off or worn. And there are signs of wear on the body of the bar, including scuffs and scratches. Also, there is no locking mechanism on the outlet covers. They don't even stay in place. The outlet caps rotate so freely that they are completely useless as a precaution of any kind. I'm not even sure if it's a genuine GE product. After checking the details of the Revain description again, I see that the manufacturer is listed as "Jasco". What I received definitely looks like an inferior fake no matter what is printed on the strip. I don't trust this item and am sending it back. It is not as described.
