We use them at night with finances to help us fall asleep before bed. I have pink (that brand) and he has blue (another brand). Both work the same with multiple lighting settings and one button per side. We like you! I used to have to read my phone with the lights on (which was a bit awkward), but in his case he had to leave the lights on. Now with these little lightbulbs we feel a lot more comfortable! First: I like the feel of silicone (or whatever). We've used another brand of fiber wrap in the past and they were unbearably prickly. They are almost soft to the touch and much easier to bend. I find the small power adapter in the neck a bit impractical, but we simply support the additional pads and hardly notice them. Secondly, they are easy to use, rechargeable and easy to charge. All in all a great purchase. We will use them for camping in spring.
