Review on Singularity Black Adept Palette - Ultimate Magnetic Empty Eyeshadow Organizer with Divider for over 100 Round Standard Sized Pans - Durable Hardshell Case by Brittany Reed

Terrible design and poor customer service.

I really wanted to like this palette so I tried it. Unfortunately, all the negative reviews about this palette are absolutely true. First of all, this palette is very large and thick. There is plenty of space between the clear divider and the eyeshadow, which means one side of the eyeshadow is always stored upside down, and the extra space allows the eyeshadow to fall out of the tray and spill everywhere. The thick plastic on the palette offers no cushioning, meaning shadows fall out of the jars every time the palette is opened. And no, it's not just me. As soon as I threw the palette away and started using Colourpop's magnetic palettes, my eyeshadows stopped peeling. And god forbid you drop this thing or even slide it or even move it. Say goodbye to all your pressed makeup. And finally bad customer service. This product is expensive enough to warrant good customer service. I contacted the company and informed them of my problems. I was willing to trade the palette for another with a more traditional design but was ignored so I wouldn't recommend buying directly from them. I'm very glad I bought it from Revain as I was able to get my money back. Overall bad product and bad customer service. Don't waste your time and money (let alone eyeshadow).
