Review on PodOmatic by Vincent Pavelko

I like how easy it is for newbies such as myself who have never used podcasting software before, but are looking into getting started in this area of technology! The customer service has been great so far too - they've answered all my questions quickly & professionally which makes me feel comfortable with them using their product (which isn't cheap!). They're also very open about what's going wrong when there IS something happening behind-the scenes during an upload process or while uploading content via RSS feed/podcast URL etc., making sure we can figure out any issues together rather than having people at podomatic just trying things without us knowing why certain changes occurrred after our updates were made / uploaded by mistake sometimes). It would be nice if you could make your own customizations within pods instead of being limited only towards themes found.
