Great value water filter and softener

Fits standard whole house water filters. The price and quality are amazing. Because it is a synthetic material, it will not deteriorate like paper water filters. Iron (rust) and other small particles - captured, gone; they are expected to be adsorbed into the polymer matrix of the filter.
