We had this chair in a small office that was used by several different people throughout the day. When we received this product we were very satisfied. The chair was very comfortable and adjustable in many different ways to suit each person using it. Before we had the chair for 6 months, the seat slowly started to slide off with use. Then the seat was completely torn off on one side. We were able to hold on and endure it for a while, but eventually the seat refused to stay up for long before quickly lowering without warning. I understand that this chair is not very expensive but it seems like it should have held up better to our use.
