This shampoo works like a purple shampoo and removes the yellow/copper tint from your hair and replaces it with a cool/ashy tint. Everything is fine except I like my warm color and don't want to be ashy. My hairdresser pointed this out to me when I complained that my freshly dyed warm blonde had turned to ash within a week. Oh, and I haven't noticed any results with this system. I used shampoo, water and conditioner. waste of money!
