It's easy to get started with oworkers. I like that you can set up different email addresses for each of your users which is great if you have multiple teams using it. The customer service has been really good as well when we had questions or problems. We use it for our internal team but also have clients who use it for their own teams. It's very easy to setup and I love how flexible it is once you're in there. It's not something that I would recommend for someone just getting into business analytics. Our main use case is that it helps us organize information so that we can find things more easily.
