COMFORT: 5/5. The shoulder straps are well padded and there is good cushioning in the lumbar area. Sometimes I have to walk around campus (15 minutes) but it seems very easy even with multiple laptops and one laptop. DRAFT: 5/5. I am an advocate of simplicity. I went with the all black design because it looks much cleaner and is easier to wipe off dirt. . the material also makes a robust impression. UTILITY: 5/5. The product name says it fits 14" laptops, but my 15" MacBook Pro with case fits my tablet. The front pocket is a nice size and has room for my afternoon snacks and a water bottle. I think my favorite is the other zippered mesh pocket inside the backpack. It keeps my stationery and portable charger in place. DURABILITY: 4/5. I had a small problem with the flash mechanism, but the support team contacted me for a solution. The rest of the backpack is well made.
