Review on 🎍 BFWood Bamboo Paddle Brush with Massaging Bamboo Bristles for Scalp by Lauren Brown

Not quite what I expected

I was looking for a good replacement for my old everyday comb. I've been using a cheap plastic brush for as long as I can remember and wanted something more comfortable to comb my hair with. The brush I used had these little plastic tips that fell off a long time ago and now it just scratches my scalp when I comb my hair. Unkind. So someone advised me to get a brush with good wooden bristles. So I saw this brush and it was advertised as a scalp brush with bamboo bristles. Sounds nice! So it arrived and I was very impressed with the packaging. It came in a nice box with a fancy little pouch that I would never use and it looked very pretty. The logo on the handle was already oddly worn, but I didn't pay much attention to it. The rubber that the bristles are set into is not very pliable or soft. So the bristles, or teeth as I now call them, don't bend much. I've used it and I don't know, maybe it wasn't very nice because it's brand new. Yes, he touched my hair, but it was like pulling an angry cat over my head. Maybe some people are in it and this brush will work great for them! But for people who don't like a scalp massage from an angry cat, this brush might not be for you.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick start guide
