I've only had it for 2 weeks but this charger is great. It's so nice to be able to charge the controller from the bottom instead of the top. We have two USB charging cradles and end up PS4 controllers with completely torn and scratched areas around the USB ports from kids and even me trying to line them up sometimes. Much easier for this charger, just line up the controller and carefully insert the charger directly into the holes. The only warning I would give people is that when you remove the controller you'll probably try to pull it forward to remove it from the dock since that's how you remove it with USB charging, but do it not this. as it pulls directly against the way they are connected. Instead, lift them up and away from you as you remove them.
