I've been looking for a transfer press for a long time. Since I primarily make t-shirts and small crafts, I didn't need a full-size commercial heat press. After reading the reviews I decided on this one. I'm so glad I did. It heats up evenly and quickly and the timer was a nice feature. My first project was a glossy Siser heat transfer vinyl on a canvas tote bag. The result is beautiful and looks professional. I set the temperature to 320 degrees and 20 seconds. Unlike my iron, it didn't require a second pass for the vinyl to stick to the surface. The heat press heats up quickly, but the temperature drops again by 4 degrees and then rises to 320 degrees before finally stabilizing. this temperature. At this point I ironed the bag to smooth out the creases before sticking the sticker on it. I love that the manufacturer included a silicone mold sheet and thick, heat-resistant heat-press sheet so I didn't have to purchase any additional materials.
