Review on Panasonic KXTGA950B DECT 6.0 Handset 2-Line Landline Cordless Expansion Handset (3-Pack): Enhanced Connectivity and Convenience by Linda Peoples

Good phone but has some quirks

Good price for a two line phone and as usual with Panasonic phones it is intuitive to use. Some good features in this phone, but I also noticed a few oddities. First, there are times when I'll scroll through missed calls or redial, then hit the talk button to call one of those numbers, and after I pick up the receiver, the phone starts dialing so fast that the first digit of the dialed number may be missed by my phone company (so the call doesn't go through). I can try again right after and it works fine. Also the ability to be notified on this phone when you get a text message on your Bluetooth connected cell phone might work about 1 in 10 times, definitely not something to rely on. Good features include support for up to four Bluetooth-connected phones and two separate answering machine functions (one for each desk phone), in addition to dual-line capability. The ability to redial the phone when a new voicemail message is left is also great. However, the audible notification of new voicemail messages on the phone itself is limited to the base station only. The handsets do not have an audible alarm for new voice messages.
