great for getting a better view of small wildlife 20-40ft away in our backyard. We went to the Grand Canyon last summer and didn't use it as much as we planned/hoped for. I couldn't take a good picture with my phone camera. Nothing like good binoculars, but you get what you pay for. I'll shell out for some good binoculars.
