I returned the Orbi WiFi/Cable and Orbi Satellite Router because it was very buggy with the Disney Circle app and the range was poor. Even though we have a $$$$$$ Orbi base unit and an additional $$$$$ satellite dish, signal strength is great in our 3,000 square feet. ft was bad. The house has vaulted ceilings and is not that old. The old Netgear Nighthawk I sold on Craigs List had more range. After returning the Orbi mesh system, I repurposed the old Arris wired router box (provided by Spectrum) and purchased a Nighthawk X6 R8000P wireless router. Nighthawk has the best range for everyone in the house and works great with the Circle app. By the way, if you call Netgear for support during the warranty period, be prepared to look up a phone number to find a real person, and then be prepared to type in, re-type, re-type, and repeat verbally your product's serial number Number. Once I got a live rep it was excellent. Getting access to a rep is the bad part because of the many hurdles.
