I don’t know what’s special about these that they’re marketed for men - but I got them for my husband so he could have his own acne patches, and haven’t tried them myself. He says they’re alright, but not great. Basically, he doesn’t feel that they help his acne spots heal any better or faster, though they do make painful spots feel better while the patches are on. He’s still willing to entertain the thought that they just work really slowly and do actually help, but he’s extra unsure since they don’t even change to white or anything to give visual assurance that they’re doing something.
