The baking sheets warped after a few minutes in the oven. The temp in the oven was 300 degrees and I bought these for one main reason: French Macarons. The whole batch didn't work out because of the molds. However, I am satisfied with the silicone mats and stands. I only wish the pallets were made of thicker and stronger metal.
