I love this ice cream maker. It's small and easy to use. Takes up very little space in the freezer. Makes the perfect single serving size, approximately 6 oz. And it's very accessible. For best results, keep a freezing bowl in the freezer so it's always ready to use when you're craving a cold, sweet treat but can't get to the store or maybe want to make your own flavor. Several recipes are provided, or you can use your own. Once you've mixed the ice cream base, take the bowl out of the freezer and pour the mixture over it. Stir quickly with the provided spoon. The creamy mixture turns into a pleasant soft ice cream in a few minutes. You can put it in the freezer to make it firmer. Great buy if you want to make ice cream but don't have room for a large machine or just want to make one batch.
