One platform where most data will be saved
The ability to have all of our documents in one place, so that we can see them at once is very helpful for us! We also love how easy it was to set up everything - there were no issues with getting started or anything like this as far as I know (we've been using since mid-December).
Nothing really comes across my mind right now but if you're looking into an enterprise solution then definitely consider their products because they are great quality software overall. It's helping me organize things much better than before by putting information together from multiple sources such as emails/documents etc., which makes life easier when trying to find something quickly among many files stored online.
Pros
- Very user friendly interface.
- Makes filing papers way more efficient compared even paper methods; just make sure your folders work well enough though :)'
- Easy search function where most searches take less time due not having too look through lots upon layers anymore.'Cons': Somewhat complicated process required during setup
