The device charged for almost an hour before accepting any commands. I was beginning to think the device was dead on arrival. After charging was complete, I was able to connect the device to my LG Velvet. ONCE! That completed the cleaning of my 2,000 square foot one story home. The unit was so clogged with carpet fibers and lint that the base unit couldn't clean any of the dust boxes. Okay, no big deal, cleaning up later shouldn't be a problem. Now the device will not pair with my Android phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, fully charged the device. I even emailed asking for a password change. The device connects at hardware WiFi level, does not connect to Neabot app. I give the support team one day and then the unit will be sent back to Revain if there is no resolution. I've spent hours troubleshooting, enough for my liking. Update: The unit has been returned to Revain for an immediate refund. As I said before, I suspect that iPhone users have a very different Android experience than I do. Revain should make a list of which robot vacuums actually work with Android phones. So far I've ordered 2 different and expensive robot vacuums from Revain and both came back the same day because they couldn't work with Android. People should check out the app used by the robot vacuum cleaner they want to buy. The Neabot app for Android received a grade of 2.4. If an Android user sees this, they should be on their guard. No one wants to be an Android app beta tester by spending $500.
