As other reviews have mentioned, the fumes are absolutely ghastly. I did an initial sniff check of the bottle to see how bad they were and it didn’t bother me. BUT I couldn’t even put this on in my bathroom with the vent fan on without my eyes completely streaming. I followed someone else’s recommendation to blow dry outside with a fan. Aside from the horrible fumes, I was thrilled with my results. I let it sit for the full hour before blow drying and flat ironing. I washed two days later. I wasn’t looking for a product to reduce my curls only cut down on my frizz. It did exactly that! It completely controlled my frizz. It did pull out a lot of the curl, which I don’t mind I don’t wear my hair curly. A neighbor called my hair luscious after I did it and I got tons of compliments. It’s been about two months and some baby hair frizz is coming back. Great products for the price and I will be using again, despite the smell.
