Review on RMS Campground by Josh Endricko

I like that I can see my reservations and make changes if needed. I also like that they are easy to use and have a lot of features. I do not like that I cannot change my account information. I also am not a fan of the fact that it is so difficult to get to a specific page. I think it is a great program that allows me to keep track of my reservations. I am able to see if there are any cancellations and when I need to be at the campground. I like how it can be used as an app or website so that customers are able see their entire stay before booking through us! It's very simple but effective at what we need from our software - managing multiple sites across many states & cities all under one roof (no more having 50 different spreadsheets)! Nothing really other than maybe some minor updates here n there could make things easier? The customer service was great when they were working out issues w me during my first year using them!!
