I have an old Columbia shorts, probably 15 years old, which I love for running and hiking. I thought I'd have to replace them, I've searched various stores and couldn't find anything similar. I finally checked Amazon and ordered two pairs of shorts before it got too hot and the only thing that was comfortable were these shorts. Now I use them for gardening, housework, dog walking, lounging and of course hiking and jogging. They dry easily when I sweat in them. Easy to wash (wash and dry) or when I travel I can hand wash and dry them. I love these shorts. After ordering them I found something similar in a discount store but they didn't fit and were inferior; and the same price. Yes, I love these shorts!
