Our freezer door was ajar and everything in it was crystallized. After full cleaning and drying, the freezer rails were covered with ice and completely glued. After drying the tray again and trying to remove as much moisture as possible, I bought this gasoline gel and applied it to the rails and ran them back and forth. The gel worked great keeping the water from freezing over the rails and lubricating them so well the freezer closed better than ever. More than happy with this product and saved me a call to the service center.
