Fantastic - but read my info and tips.

These things are obviously a common answer to Mr Clean Magic Eraser, great amazing I would say. But there are some things that are good to know: the main thing is that they don't use any cleaning products - not at all! Their cleaning power is based on micro-abrasion - like a foam product with really tiny bubbles (let me fall normally ha ha ha) and so on. really tiny cleaning elements. This allows them to penetrate really fine dirt, grime and stains that regular cleaning products can't reach. You shouldn't eat them, but they don't contain anything toxic that you could be exposed to. the material is melamine, a durable plastic discovered during WWII and then ubiquitous as dinner plates, tea/coffee cups, etc. I remember her childhood well. Some people went insane when they found out that formaldehyde is used in the manufacture of melamine. Table salt is made from elemental (pure) sodium + chlorine gas in their pure form, safe as salt. So, NO, no chemical problems. You will wet the sponge but then squeeze out most of the water so that it is damp but not wet - this is very important. It's not for mopping, it's for cleaning, and it's great for many surfaces, including pretty much anything in your kitchen and bathroom. Do not use on wallpaper or other items where the surface may come off. If you're concerned about the finish, test it on a small area where it's unlikely to be seen. It's so good though, that when my husband is making red Crystal Lite or jelly, and some of those always end up on our old counter and leave a stain, all I have to do is use one of those sponges in a circular motion, and the stain away. However, they don't last forever and will thin out or even start leaving small pieces - be careful that small pieces don't go down the drain. I use the new one in the kitchen until it wears out, then use it for other purposes - great for floor stains - then throw it away when it's no longer good. If it can still be used in the kitchen/bathroom but leaves small particles, then wipe it off with a rag or an ordinary sponge.
