This yarn is a great, biodegradable, oil-free alternative to the typical Reach mint yarn. Tea tree and mint essential oils are pleasant to the touch. I also like the feel of the glass jar and appreciate that the jar can be refilled. The packaging of the product was made entirely of paper. Unfortunately, Revane sent this to me in a giant plastic envelope. You may avoid this by purchasing the thread with larger items so that they are shipped in a box. One weird thing about this product is that there were a lot of fingerprints on the metal part of the case. It's a little inconvenient, but it's not that difficult to clean before use.
