My shoulder and neck hurt. My acupuncturist advised me to buy a jade roller to use at home to relax tight muscles. I love this product that came with 4 different tools. I can use it on different parts of my body for different purposes! It is much more convenient that you do not have to wash your hands after applying the massage cream.
