Keyboard Issues: Traditional Laptops

I bought this laptop for my mom for Mother's Day. While I'm pleasantly surprised by the processing power and screen clarity of this device, the main issue is with the keyboard. It's nowhere near as responsive as it should be, and it's often missing key inputs entirely. I could see it was extremely annoying to type in passwords and such. Just not worth the price when the quality of the amenities is so lacking.
