I received it today. I ordered this to replace the pubic collar that my cat hates so much (he washes in the wrong place when putting the collar on). You can see he is a very fluffy cat for a shirt coat and the ear area is getting thin from scratching his paws there. He's been to the vet and has been on steroids and changing his diet. He's better, but needs more help. The clothes are well sewn and make a robust impression. My cat is about 10 pounds with a fur belly. While the thing fits and doesn't really feel restrictive, it's not very big and definitely not suitable for a really big cat. He wasn't surprised when I put it on him, and while it won't let him brush his stomach, it won't help his ears or his tail to brush (which I knew from the start). but i will be very careful that it leads to more accidents (or pays off i think) lol
