I've been using Microsoft's ergonomic keyboard for many years. It was prescribed to me at work after a severe flexor tendinitis. I adapted to it immediately, even with a split keyboard. After many years I finally decided to order a replacement. While I still like the keyboard's shape and how it adapts to my natural hand position, there have been a few changes. The number of keys available specifically for programming has changed, although you can program other keys. The audio/video control buttons are smaller and the icons are much smaller and difficult to read. These buttons are now located to the right and left of center instead of being grouped on the right. There are additional symbol keys (e.g. the calculator) that will take some getting used to if you were using an older keyboard. Earlier versions had folding legs on the rear underside for height adjustment. This version has no legs. Still a great keyboard, but I liked the old one better.
