The product comes in a light blue baby playpen zip bag. You don't get any written instructions, just general visual guidance on how to open, fold and stow. The playpen is definitely easy to open and install, for me the hardest part was rolling the item back into a round shape to fit in the bag it was in. I was afraid of breaking or damaging the product because the metal wire seemed so thin. but after several tries I was able to figure it out and it never worked. After receiving the item I immediately opened it inside and put my two cats in to get used to it and didn't seem to mind them at all. They actually sat down and lay down for a few minutes before jumping out. I then checked the playpen outside with my much more curious cat and she was happy and didn't meow at all. So far, so good. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get some fresh air with their cat but still want an affordable, safe playpen. You won't break the bank with this!
