Review on 🏠 Kaytee Igloo Itty Bitty: Compact and Colorful Shelter for Small Pets by Amanda Christensen

My family added 2 Winter White Dwarf Hamsters to our family last week. We took the last two renamed hamsters to our local pet store but their shelves were empty save for the cages. So I turned to Revain for help. I bought a small needle for my hamster. I have used these needles with many pets, guinea pigs and rabbits as well as hamsters over the years so I knew what to expect. The little hamster is perfect for a dwarf hamster or a smaller hamster that loves small spaces. It's plastic but a slightly flexible type that can take a fall without cracking/breaking. It can be washed, although I'm not sure if it can be washed in the dishwasher. This is NOT a chew guard and to be honest I agree, the little critters that use them are naturally chewers as their teeth never stop growing. You can offer alternatives, but in the end you can't control what they chew. My tiny igloo arrived earlier than expected, woohoo! The price was decent, comparable if not a little cheaper than the pet store but I'm not sure. My hamster cage is blue-green. I was hoping for a pink igloo because it's a girl and pink is good. There aren't any color choices that I was aware of and was just glad to have the needle. My family wondered what color it would be. Bf said green. Daughter said blue or green. I was hoping for pink, but I'm glad it's PURPLE, my favorite color. I'm happy with that. No sharp or rough edges. It arrived safe and sound, clean and ready to go!
