Really odd, fairly strong chemical odor. A little stiff and a little strangely shaped. At that price I would give up everything. But the smell is bad and my hands carry the smell after starting. Thought of laundry or something like that. They are not as thin as other reviewers have said. But do NOT feel incredibly strong. But it should continue as normal if managed properly. I just need to understand the smell. Suggests they could be made of faux leather. But I'm not sure about that. I have never had such an unpleasant skin odor. Update after 1 month. I upgraded it by one star to 4. I washed the gloves (which probably shrunk a bit). But I deliberately bought tight gloves. I hate baggy fingers on gloves and the leather needs to stretch to conform to its surface. After washing, I smear with aromatic essential and base oils that I have. Should provide the smell and stretch well to fit my hand. like a glove. Ha. I upped a star because after all the washing and stretching it hasn't ripped like some reviews suggest. I'm not giving 5 stars because it's definitely not high quality leather. But great for the price.
