I love this organizer. Mine is currently hanging on the inside of my closet door. I use the metal hanger that came with the organizer and it holds up great. I think if it were full or if I had heavier jewelry it wouldn't be able to hold that weight. Each pocket is clearly visible, the stitching is well done. Only the bottom row on each side has large pockets - all other pockets are equally smaller. Would like 2 or 3 rows of deep pockets. I've only had it for about 2 weeks and am already wearing more jewelry and switching up what I wear. It's so cool to be able to quickly see all my items at once. It also really helps keep the pieces from getting tangled. It's a great gift idea as it can be used for jewelry, makeup, hair accessories or other things. When I fill mine I will definitely buy another one.
