Worth every penny, very flattering and great buy. They are cute and I can wear them to work out or to go out. I originally bought them to sleep in, but they are of such good quality that I wear them. The back is comfortable for several reasons. They hold you tight and make you fitter as you work to get fitter. The second reason this is complementary is the cute criss-cross pattern. As for the size, I ordered a size up because I saw previous reviews. For tops I was always between L and XL. I usually wear a 36 DD bra. I used the measurements in the size chart but ordered a size up anyway. This is the way. Waiting for other colors because they are amazing!. For washing: wash cold / rinse. The line is dry. I put them in a small laundry bag. You just have to with any soft sports bra. These little pads float incredibly in the washing machine. They do not shrink and remain durable and comfortable. I've washed mine at least 8 times. Highly recommended, 5+
