Incomplete good for sports and handheld GPS

Everything was great at first (good price, timely delivery, good packaging) but when I tried to install it on my Garmin 645 Music everything went wrong. Why? The watch needle was missing from the long bracelet. I tried using a pin from an old broken belt and broken a new one. Now I'm back where I started. Disappointing.
