I got a blue monster box for my son last year and it survived! If he hadn't completely repainted it, it would still look like new. I put this bad boy in the dishwasher and once it was dry I started using it as a first aid kit. (The dishwasher cleaned up the dirty look after a full year of school) I bought the pink one for my daughter this year and she loves it. They are very durable. The dollar bills I bought my kids at Wal-Mart usually broke before the first day of school. I think it's true that you get what you pay for. I'm pretty sure if they had respected their stuff it would have lasted them through college.
