This fan is a monstrous size. It's much larger than it looks in the pictures and barely fits in my full tower, sticking out further than the NVIDIA GTX 1080; I had to remove the fan inside the case to make room for it. It constantly makes a noticeable noise, getting loud enough for teammates to hear while gaming. The plate that needs to abut the CPU is NOT flat and the amount of thermal paste you need to use is quite large. This monster is really difficult to install, with huge nuts that barely fit between the ribs and the bolts they have to be screwed to. Still, it cools my CPU very effectively. I've never seen temperatures rise above 50-55 degrees while I've had that.
