I bought two robes from the Dan&Harry seller. One Griffyndor and one Hufflepuff. The Hufflepuff arrived on time and exactly as expected. The Griffyndor was shipped from Hong Kong, took two weeks longer than expected, and when it arrived the entire robe was damp like a cloth that had been rung out. There was no moisture in the shipping bag, or on any of the papers in the bag, only the robe was damp. This led me to believe that it was wet when it was inserted into the Harry Potter zipped bag. After hang drying it and checking to make sure there wasn't a smell from mildew it was fine. But it was disturbing to receive a wet robe. I took my kids to the Warner Bros. HARRY POTTER studio tour in London. The robes were great, until the Griffyndor robe's loop that buttoned it closed completely came out of the robe and it could no longer be buttoned. I have no idea how to fix the correctly, so I will have to pay extra to have that fixed by a seamstress. The Hufflepuff robe that was shipped amazon prime was wonderful. The Griffyndor robe shipped from Hong Kong was horrendous and would have been returned had it arrived in the expected time frame.
