My hermit crabs love it.
I haven't tried them but my crabs like mixed vegetables and fruits. I started with veggies, thinking this would help balance her diet. They love it. They have two dishes, one with veggies and granules and the other with a fruit and veg mix, they love both and often push each other to get their favorite dishes first.
